How to Tie Waist Beads

THINGS NEEDED
SMALL CONTAINER, SCISSORS, NAIL GLUE(optional)
  • Take one end of the waist bead strand in each hand. Each end will have a white anchor bead (DO NOT CUT THE ANCHOR BEADS UNTIL WAIST BEADS HAVE BEEN TIED AND SECURED!)
  • Wrap the strand around the back of your waist in desired location
  • Pull on both anchor beads until they open the slip knot
  • Make sure strand has no gaps (GAPS WILL CAUSE PINCHING)
  • Cross the strands to close waist beads around your desired location
  • Tie at least 4 knots to ensure security
  • Cut the anchor beads and the remainder of the string and allow the remaining beads to fall into a container
  • (OPTIONAL) Add nail glue on the knot for extra security.
