RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Here at Jeweled by Annie, our customers’ health is our number one concern. We currently DO NOT offer any returns, refunds or exchanges due to sanitary reasons as well as COVID-19. It is extremely important that you order the correct jewelry gauge, color and style that fits your needs. 

 

CANCELLATIONS

If an order needs to be canceled, please contact us within 24 hours via our contact page. Once an order is canceled, the amount spent on each item will be refunded, but the customer is still responsible for shipping and processing costs. If an order is shipped out already, we will not be able to cancel the order.
